If a customer have any issues with your Business products The customer will be advised to contact the owner of the business directly.

Any Business product customer issue is not pop out events LLC/ pop out and shop store issue and we will not be responsible for any customer product issue of any type.

If a customer has any type of complaints or any type of issue with a product, the business owner of that product is responsible. The business owner will be informed and is responsible to resolve issues with the customer.

If an item is returned while your business is in store we will take care of the return.

If an item is returned and your business is no longer in store we will have the customer contact the Business Owner to proceed with the return.

Customers have up to 5 days from purchase date to return an item.

For Body Care, fragrance, candles etc we will encourage you to have samples for customers to try and smell
